You have to love this advice given by one of the most inspiring entrepreneurs around. More often than not, businesses and individuals are so keen to make money that they lack the focus and resources to drive innovation. 

We could all do more to 'put purpose over profit' - which in many cases will result in a sound business. The priority is the customer and what you can do that others can't do to delight that customer.
